Walking up the stair
Memories raise
But no one’s there
No one to face
Entering the hallway
I see our classroom
It seems like only yesterday
but now it’s all in gloom
Approaching the door
I freeze in the door-post
Knowing it’s there no more
the moments I cherish the most
But the classroom’s still there
Like it’s always been yesterday
Handsome boy with the brown hair
looking backwards, my way
Walking between the desks
I remember every name
all our lessons and tasks
Every day the same
This place makes me wanna cry
’cause every stone’s got a story to tell
I’ll know that story till the day I die
It’s ours and you know it as well
Staring out the window
I remember how it went
We didn’t want to let go
But we couldn’t stop the end
