The yelp of a fox in the morning
awakes the tiny birds
a burst of Feathers into the air
like the soft summer breeze
through Your hair.
a particular smell prickles your nose
open eyes folllow the shadows to the east
day has hardly started.
You rise like the Sun
allthough You're not of gold
silver ripples in the water reflect Your beauty
the night has warmed Your skin
young leaves are telling the story over and over again...
awake like Spring
You continue Your journey
so unknown, like an unhatched egg
yet so long You can't remember where it began.
You follow the shiny stones at your bare feet
catching red berries where the Blackbird goes
beneath the scrubs eyes are gleaming
You don't notice it is she
the fox runs five feet away, crossing your path
one eye blinks when it stops,
It's gone before you realize it was there.
woken from a dreamy sleep
but the vision is lost again.
not aware, You sing along with the wind
who is calling her name over and over again.
A delicious taste left in your mouth
uncovers the unknown glory of the night
but You continue your journey
forgotten are the rose red dreams
in the distance yelps the fox again
where did You hear that voice before...?
